These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and RingoVet (R/N 404776453 - hereinafter the "Company") and govern your use of the RingoVet application. The Company uses and processes information obtained from you or third parties in accordance with the defined Privacy Policy. By agreeing to RingoVet's terms and conditions of use, you also agree to the Company's Privacy Policy. Please read these terms of use and the Privacy Policy before using the application.

For the purposes of improving services and/or security, the Company may define additional or different user identifiers.
Services placed on the website/application include veterinary services. After placing an order, an authorized representative of the Company will contact the user and provide full information regarding the provision of the service.
When are refunds issued? If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfill a placed order, or if an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical error, the customer has the right to request a refund.

You will receive a response regarding our decision no later than 5 business days after we receive your email.
How long does the refund process take? The refund will be credited back to the customer's account no later than 10 banking days after the request is officially registered.
If you wish to cancel your monthly donation and no longer want your card details saved in our system for recurring payments, please send us an email at: wof@ringovet.com
No later than 5 business days after receiving your email, we will cancel the subscription linked to your card, terminate the monthly donation, and completely delete your saved card data from our system.
Services provided through the RingoVet application are intended for scheduled medical/veterinary services for pets. The application is not intended to provide life-threatening, emergency medical care. In critical situations, the user is obliged to immediately and physically contact the nearest veterinary clinic. The Company is not responsible for the deterioration of the animal's health caused by a delay in emergency care or by the user providing incorrect or incomplete information about symptoms.
Users are strictly prohibited from uploading offensive, violent, illegal, or third-party rights-infringing text or visual materials in the application (including when creating a pet profile or leaving a review). RingoVet reserves the right to delete such content without warning and block the account of any user who violates this rule. The user has the right at any time to request the complete deletion of their account and related data in accordance with the procedure defined by the Privacy Policy.
This agreement is concluded solely between the user and the company "RingoVet". Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the application's functioning, its content, or user technical support. Any claims relating to the use of the application must be directed solely to the company "RingoVet".
The parties are released from liability if the breach of obligation on their part is caused by the action of an insurmountable force. Exempting circumstances include natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, war, epidemics, and other similar events that are not subject to the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided by them.
If the action of an insurmountable force is of a temporary nature, the deadlines for fulfilling the obligations defined by this document will be postponed for the period of time when the circumstance prevented the fulfillment of the obligation.
In the event that the duration of the force majeure circumstance lasts for more than 30 (thirty) days, the parties shall decide on the expediency of continuing the agreement.
These conditions may be subject to change. Changes will be implemented by RingoVet. In the event of a material change, the user must reiterate their consent to continue receiving the service without interruption.
If any clause of these conditions or a part thereof is canceled, declared invalid, or terminated for any reason, the said clause will no longer be used, which will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.
In cases not provided for by the conditions, the parties will be guided by the norms regulating the relevant relationship established by the legislation.
