Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and RingoVet (R/N 404776453 - hereinafter the "Company") and govern your use of the RingoVet application. The Company uses and processes information obtained from you or third parties in accordance with the defined Privacy Policy. By agreeing to RingoVet's terms and conditions of use, you also agree to the Company's Privacy Policy. Please read these terms of use and the Privacy Policy before using the application.

Definition of Terms:

Terms and definitions used in these conditions have the meanings defined below, unless the context of the document clearly dictates otherwise:

• Terms of Use: means these rules;
• Website/Application: RingoVet, through which the Company provides veterinary services.
• User, Users: means a person with a registered account on RingoVet or the recipient of the services;
• Company, We, or Our: means the RingoVet application, which is registered and exists in accordance with the legislation of Georgia;
• Parties: means the Company and its Users;
• Order: the receipt of veterinary services by a registered user on the website/application;
• Universal Identifiers: a set of RingoVet user data used to register in the identification system to utilize RingoVet's services;
• Service: veterinary services and related services provided on RingoVet.
• Agreement: this document regarding the rules and conditions for using the website/application;

Representations and Warranties:

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the User confirms that:

• They are a legal entity or physical person established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, have reached the age of 18, and do not have restricted freedom to express civil will;
• They possess full (unrestricted) legal capacity, are not under the influence of narcotic, alcoholic, psychotropic, or toxic drugs, are not under the influence of error, fraud, pressure, threat, or any unlawful influence, and are not the object of violence, threat, deception, misleading, or other prohibited action by RingoVet. They fully understand the content of their manifestation of will, the essence of the provisions, and the resulting legal consequences;
• They have read the conditions and find them acceptable;
• All data presented by them is accurate;
• The User is not engaged in or participating in any illegal activities provided for by the legislation of any jurisdiction;
• They agree that after placing an order/receiving a service, RingoVet may search, verify, and process any information provided by or related to the user, including personal information.

RingoVet reserves the right to send the user SMS and e-mail messages related to the site registration and order acceptance processes;

Opening a User Account - Use and Placing an Order:

To receive services through the RingoVet application, the user must:

• Complete registration/authorization through the application or website (www.ringovet.com);
• Upon registration, enter the following information: first name, last name, date of birth, mobile phone number, e-mail address, and create a password;
• After authorization, access the service where they can add the desired service and place an order;
• Make payment after receiving the service;

Universal Identifiers Registered in the Identification System:

• Username / Password: unique parameters defined by the user that are necessary for authorization.
• Mobile Phone Number / E-mail Address: contact methods through which the user receives access codes and information necessary for carrying out operations.

For the purposes of improving services and/or security, the Company may define additional or different user identifiers.

Products, Order Delivery, and Conditions:

Services placed on the website/application include veterinary services. After placing an order, an authorized representative of the Company will contact the user and provide full information regarding the provision of the service.

Refund Policy

When are refunds issued? If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to fulfill a placed order, or if an incorrect amount is charged due to a technical error, the customer has the right to request a refund.

• Subject: Refund Request
• Email Body: Please provide the following information: transaction date, the exact amount charged, and a justified reason for requesting the refund.

You will receive a response regarding our decision no later than 5 business days after we receive your email.

How long does the refund process take? The refund will be credited back to the customer's account no later than 10 banking days after the request is officially registered.

Cancellation of Monthly Donation and Deletion of Card Data

If you wish to cancel your monthly donation and no longer want your card details saved in our system for recurring payments, please send us an email at: wof@ringovet.com

• Subject: Cancellation of Monthly Donation
• Email Body: Please provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, and the last 4 digits of the card from which the monthly funds are deducted.

No later than 5 business days after receiving your email, we will cancel the subscription linked to your card, terminate the monthly donation, and completely delete your saved card data from our system.

Scope and Limitation of RingoVet's Liability:

• You agree that you have a free choice whether to use the Company's website/application and services, and you do so at your own decision, discretion, and risk.
• The Company provides your access to the website/application and the provision of services in accordance with these rules and conditions.
• The Company does not make any other promises or warranties regarding the service or any product related to it.
• You confirm that the Company will not be liable to you or a third party in the event of any modification, restriction of access, or termination of the website.
• RingoVet assumes material responsibility only for direct damage caused directly by the Company's fault in the improper execution of an order. The Company disclaims liability in the event of circumstances caused by insurmountable force (force majeure).

Veterinary and Medical Liability Limitation:

Services provided through the RingoVet application are intended for scheduled medical/veterinary services for pets. The application is not intended to provide life-threatening, emergency medical care. In critical situations, the user is obliged to immediately and physically contact the nearest veterinary clinic. The Company is not responsible for the deterioration of the animal's health caused by a delay in emergency care or by the user providing incorrect or incomplete information about symptoms.

User-Generated Content (UGC) and Account Deletion:

Users are strictly prohibited from uploading offensive, violent, illegal, or third-party rights-infringing text or visual materials in the application (including when creating a pet profile or leaving a review). RingoVet reserves the right to delete such content without warning and block the account of any user who violates this rule. The user has the right at any time to request the complete deletion of their account and related data in accordance with the procedure defined by the Privacy Policy.

App Store / Google Play Disclaimer:

This agreement is concluded solely between the user and the company "RingoVet". Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the application's functioning, its content, or user technical support. Any claims relating to the use of the application must be directed solely to the company "RingoVet".

Force Majeure:

The parties are released from liability if the breach of obligation on their part is caused by the action of an insurmountable force. Exempting circumstances include natural disasters, strikes, civil unrest, war, epidemics, and other similar events that are not subject to the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided by them.

If the action of an insurmountable force is of a temporary nature, the deadlines for fulfilling the obligations defined by this document will be postponed for the period of time when the circumstance prevented the fulfillment of the obligation.

In the event that the duration of the force majeure circumstance lasts for more than 30 (thirty) days, the parties shall decide on the expediency of continuing the agreement.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• These conditions are regulated and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Georgia;
• Any dispute or disagreement related to these conditions or their interpretation shall be resolved through negotiations between the parties;
• If the parties cannot reach an agreement through negotiation within 30 (thirty) calendar days, they shall apply to other dispute resolution means (court) granted to them by the legislation of Georgia.

Amendments to These Conditions:

These conditions may be subject to change. Changes will be implemented by RingoVet. In the event of a material change, the user must reiterate their consent to continue receiving the service without interruption.

Transitional Provisions:

If any clause of these conditions or a part thereof is canceled, declared invalid, or terminated for any reason, the said clause will no longer be used, which will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses.

In cases not provided for by the conditions, the parties will be guided by the norms regulating the relevant relationship established by the legislation.
